S1E7 Setting Healthy Boundaries

This week, we'll work on saying no by learning how to set boundaries.  This has been a struggle for all of us. 

Questions to Ask Yourself:

  • What is your personal definition of a boundary?
  • What is a sign in your life that tells you that you need to set a boundary?
  • Which barrier(s) to boundary setting do you struggle with the most?
  • What is a boundary you want to set but haven't been able to yet?
  • How will being aware of these steps help you overcome your barriers?
