Today, we'll take a deeper look into fostering connections with our significant other and our friends.  

Questions to Ask Yourself:

• Look back on your making connections goal from January.  How is it going?
• We know that relationships are important so why is it so hard to stay connected?
• How to you make time for your friends?  Your significant other?
• What do you consider quality time with your partner?  What does your partner consider quality time?
• What is one thing you will do over the next month to nurture a friendship? 
• What is one thing you will do over the next month to nurture your relationships with your partner?
